Event Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want an experienced professional to step in and ensure every detail is executed seamlessly. The Wedding Fix takes over the final logistics, vendor communication, timeline management, and behind-the-scenes details so you can be fully present and soak in every moment.

Have already booked their venue and vendors
Feel confident with their wedding plans
Want a professional to manage the final details
Don’t want family or friends responsible for coordinating the day

Event Coordination is designed for couples who have completed the planning process. This service does not include vendor sourcing, budget management, full wedding design, or creating the overall wedding vision.
I will plan on starting coordination 30 days from your wedding. I will plan on pouring 60+ thoughtful and intentional hours into your wedding day!
